A representative cross-section. Repoints. Chimneys. Lintels. Stone. The catalogue grows project by project, season by season.
Imagery is a placeholder while the first season's projects are photographed. Each project is documented to the same standard regardless of size — sample-patch records, daily photographs, materials log, and a signed warranty letter at handover. The photographs that will replace these placeholders are taken on the wall, in single-source natural light, at the same angle before and after.

The Annex · 1898
Bay-and-gable, full repoint.
Three-storey rowhouse, all four elevations. Failed mortar removed at three-quarter inch depth and replaced with NHL 3.5 lime, matched on a sample patch before the main work proceeded. Hand-tooled to the original profile. Five-year written warranty.

Cabbagetown · 1885
Chimney repoint and crown rebuild.
Brick chimney above the roofline of an 1885 semi-detached. Crown rebuilt in cementitious wash. Cap and flashing inspected as part of the same visit; one piece of step flashing flagged for the homeowner's roofer. Documented handover with photographs.

Forest Hill · 1924
Stone front-step rebuild.
Five-riser limestone front flight, settled and water-fouled at the substrate. Salvaged stone units lifted and tagged, substrate rebuilt with corrected drainage slope, original units reset. Tread heights matched to the existing landing within an eighth of an inch.

Rosedale · 1912
Lintel replacement, four openings.
Original ungalvanised steel lintels above four upper-storey windows had rusted and lifted the brick coursing above them in stair-step cracks. Walls shored, old steel cut out, new hot-dipped galvanised lintels set with proper bearing, brick courses rebuilt with reclaimed Don Valley red.
