Common questions.
Do you charge for the first visit?
No. Quotes are free, by appointment. The paid Masonry Inspection Report is a separate service — a written assessment, useful before a sale or simply to know what you own.
How far ahead do you book?
Toronto masonry season runs roughly April through November. Lead times stretch as the season wears on. Spring queue typically books two to three weeks ahead. By August, four to eight weeks ahead is common.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Residential only. We do not bid commercial masonry, restoration of multifamily portfolios, or new construction.
Are you insured?
$2 million Commercial General Liability. WSIB clearance certificate provided with every quote. Working at Heights training certified across the crew. Documentation on request.
What does the warranty cover?
Workmanship for five years. Material defects covered separately by the manufacturer where applicable. The warranty letter is signed by the lead mason on your specific project, not a generic company stamp.
